Please note, a refundable deposit of £200 is required for each booking and the contract must be signed by the hirer and Booking Officer at a minimum of 7 days before date of hire.

North Peckham Tenants and Residents rates;
£50 - £80 per hour
General Hire rates;
£80 - £110 per hour
Meeting Room;
£40 per hour
